Blair Land Developments uses the experience of its parent company, A.L Blair Construction Ltd., in the heavy civil construction industry to develop land to suit any plan or vision.

Blair Land Developments was founded in 2020, with its first project, Russell Ridge Estates, located in Marionville, Ontario. Marionville is a quiet village located 25 minutes southeast of Downtown Ottawa. The Project featured the development of 53 fully serviced building lots ready for builders and families to construct their dream house.

Blair Land Developments is excited to announce a new project featuring 40 to 50 estate lots in the rapidly expanding town of Bourget. Located just 11 minutes from the City of Ottawa limits and less than 20 minutes from Highway 417, Bourget offers a perfect balance of accessibility and small-town charm.

The town of Bourget boasts a variety of essential amenities, including a grocery store, pharmacy, hardware store, multiple restaurants, and a convenience store. These conveniences make the new development highly appealing to future homeowners and builders alike.
