Blair Land Developments uses the experience of its parent company, A.L Blair Construction Ltd., in the heavy civil construction industry to develop land to suit any plan or vision.
Blair Land Developments was founded in 2020, with its first project, Russell Ridge Estates, located in Marionville, Ontario. Marionville is a quiet village located 25 minutes southeast of Downtown Ottawa. The Project featured the development of 53 fully serviced building lots ready for builders and families to construct their dream house.
